IHM oversees and directs a wide range of capital improvements tailored for each project; from correcting deferred maintenance items to overseeing million dollar renovations. IHM manages all aspects of each project to ensure that every dollar spent is in the approved budget and maximizes the dollar return on investment.

Lender Relations
IHM has developed relationships and a favourable reputation with many of the Banks and private lending institutions. Our reputation for stewardship often provides additional comfort for lenders.

Enhanced Realizations
Hotels and restaurants are typically sold on the basis of free cash flow. IHM improves all aspects of the operation with the understanding that increases in operating earnings has a direct and significant impact on the eventual asset realization.
