Our business valuations require a thorough examination of the market, historical and expected future financial performance of the asset or group of assets being valued. We perform site inspections and conduct market research to confirm representations obtained during detailed discussions with management and key employees, and independently assess the sustainability of the operations, physical condition, and other specific property characteristics that set it apart from other “comparable” transactions. Business valuation may include an assessment of the value attributable to Goodwill as well as to other identifiable intangible assets.
