Keith is a Certified Hotel Administrator, and a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Keith has in excess of 35 years of senior management experience in all aspects of hotel development, pre-opening, opening, renovation, strategic  marketing, and performance management.

As General Manager and Director of Operations for the Holiday Inn, Vancouver Airport and the Holiday Inn Express, Vancouver Airport, Keith  developed team building strategies  that resulted in 14 major brand performance awards.
